Pre-launch reservation terms

This draft does not authorize live payment acceptance. Finance and legal approval is required before publication.

Pre-launch price

The intended pre-launch price is $0.70 per GB. The planned standard rate after launch is $1.40 per GB for everyone. A pre-launch reservation does not permanently lock an individual customer’s future rate.

Calculation

The planned calculation is USD amount divided by 0.70. The final terms must define minimums, maximums, fractional GB precision, rounding, taxes, fees, and the exact entitlement created after confirmed payment.

Payment confirmation

A browser return from Wise is not payment confirmation. CircuitPath will rely on a verified, server-side Wise event and an exact reservation, amount, currency, and payment-record match.

Refunds and delay

The refund trigger, launch-delay window, eligibility, treatment of used credits, payment fees, taxes, and refund timing are not final. No unconditional refund promise should be published until those decisions are approved.

Expiry and activation

Whether reserved bandwidth expires, when it becomes redeemable, how it is consumed, and how suspensions affect it must be defined before payment is enabled.
