1. Service scope

CircuitPath is preparing a residential proxy service with planned India egress for customers worldwide. Service availability, locations, protocols, rotation behavior, quotas, and credentials are subject to the final service description.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protection of credentials, and ensuring that every request made through your account is lawful and authorized. CircuitPath may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or policy violations.

3. Pre-launch reservations

Any pre-launch purchase is a future bandwidth reservation subject to the published pre-launch reservation terms. It is not a financial product, investment, bank account, or guaranteed return. Buying before launch does not permanently lock a customer’s future per-GB rate.

4. Availability and claims

CircuitPath does not promise a fixed launch date, uninterrupted availability, specific city or ISP coverage, success against a target service, anonymity, or immunity from blocking.

5. Acceptable use and privacy

Use is also governed by the acceptable-use policy and privacy policy. Those documents must reflect the actual operating model and receive legal review before launch.
