CIRCUITPATH / PRE-LAUNCH TERMS
Terms of service
Current status: These terms govern access to the CircuitPath pre-launch website and waitlist. CircuitPath currently has no live residential proxy network or live proxy credentials. Reservations are paid via Wise (USD) or PayU (INR), verified manually against the invoice number. They do not create an entitlement to proxy access or a promise that the planned service will launch.
1. Agreement and operator details
By browsing the site or submitting a waitlist request, you agree to follow these terms, the acceptable-use policy, and the privacy notice. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
CircuitPath is the product name used on this site. The operating legal entity, registered address, governing law, dispute forum, and monitored legal contact must be added before CircuitPath accepts money or provides live proxy access. Those details are intentionally not invented here.
2. The pre-launch website
The site provides product information, sample interface material, a free waitlist, account verification, and a reservation foundation. “Planned,” “sample,” “preview,” “future,” and similar language describes a direction, not a currently available feature. The sample proxy endpoint, credentials, dashboard, network visualization, locations, protocols, rotation behavior, and usage displays are not live access.
CircuitPath may change, pause, or discontinue the pre-launch site, waitlist, pricing direction, or launch plan. There is no fixed launch date, service-level commitment, minimum network size, city or ISP coverage promise, anonymity promise, or guarantee that a target website will accept traffic.
3. Accounts and truthful information
Where Google Sign-In is used, you must use an account you control and provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading. You must keep access to your account secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. CircuitPath may refuse, limit, or review a submission when the identity, company, intended use, or payment information cannot be verified.
The intended-use description must explain a lawful, permission-based workflow. It is not a place to submit secrets or sensitive personal data.
4. Reservations and future service
Any future reservation is governed by the version of the pre-launch reservation terms presented before payment. A reservation is not a bank deposit, investment, security, stored-value account, or guarantee of profit. It does not permanently lock the post-launch rate, guarantee a launch date, or itself grant proxy credentials.
No payment should be treated as accepted merely because a browser reaches a payment page or returns to CircuitPath. Only a server-verified provider event, matched to the correct reservation, amount, currency, and status, can establish a confirmed payment. Reservations are accepted via Wise (USD) or PayU (INR) and confirmed only after CircuitPath verifies the payment against the invoice number.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, third-party terms, permissions, privacy rights, and the acceptable-use policy. If a future proxy feature is made available, these obligations apply to every request made through your account, including requests made by your employees, contractors, software, or customers.
6. Suspension and enforcement
CircuitPath may refuse a submission, rate-limit activity, suspend or terminate an account, cancel an unfulfilled reservation, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with an investigation when it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, policy violation, non-payment, chargeback, or a threat to people, providers, or systems. Emergency action may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate, CircuitPath will provide a reason and a route for review, but it cannot promise that disclosure will be possible when doing so would create a security, legal, or investigative risk.
7. Third-party services
Google/Firebase, Cloudflare, Render, Wise, analytics providers, and any future network provider are separate services. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, and decisions are outside CircuitPath's control. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites and services you access through any future CircuitPath connection.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
CircuitPath and its licensors retain rights in the site, branding, software, copy, visual design, and sample material. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the site for its intended pre-launch purpose. You may send feedback, but you grant no ownership of your confidential information and CircuitPath will not require you to disclose it.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the pre-launch site and its information are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. CircuitPath does not promise anonymity, uninterrupted service, successful access to a third party, specific performance, specific residential sourcing, or a particular launch outcome. Nothing here excludes a consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
Any limitation of liability, indemnity, refund, warranty, governing-law, and dispute provisions for a paid proxy service must be reviewed for the operator's jurisdictions and included in the final service terms before payment or live access is enabled. Until then, these pre-launch terms should not be treated as a complete paid-service contract.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by changing the version and date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. A future paid service will require acceptance of the final terms before payment or access is enabled.
12. Contact and release gate
Legal and support questions can be sent to auralisstudiossupport@gmail.com. The operating entity, registered address, applicable jurisdiction, tax treatment, final refund process, and final paid-service agreement must still be published before the pre-launch flow is converted into a live commercial service.
